We offer you several projects as an investor, as a co-investor or in a club deal.

The philosophy underlying the selection of our investment projects is based on four cornerstones:

  • Genoptic, large-scale solar plants starting at 100 million Euro. Locations: Canada, USA, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece and Ukraine.


  • Genoptic, Luxembourg, production hall, “Center of Excellence”, approximately $75 million


  • Genoptic, production hall in Burgas, Bulgaria, , approximately 100 million Euro


  • Genoptic, vertical farming, around 50 million  Euro each, locations: Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland


  • Genoptic-VPP (Virtual Power Plants), approximately $20-100 million, depending on location


  • Genoptic, Bermuda, vertical farming, approximately $40 million


  • CoAlternative Energy, entire plant, locations Alberta, Canada approx. $250 million


  • CoAlternative Energy, entire plant with EU funding, Ukraine, location, Kiev, approximately 120 million Euro.


  • Medconcept Bermuda, the total project approximately $350 million


  • Blacksea Bulgaria Realestate, Germany, 180 student apartments and 180 micro-apartments on a campus next to the new building of a medical university and the extension of the university clinic.
